I lead a project in Hejőpapi in Miskolc Region. This facility had his own challanges.
I had to come up with a solution to transport huge amount (70% of the input material of ) biological fraction up to the landfill. The Automatic Parallel Double Container Filling Station (APDCFS no I’m not using this anagram it’s terrible) was born. I spent several sleepless nights with the programing expert solving the issues with the height sensors, the conveyors and the motor starters. Finally, we managed to build a solution which needs no human touch and still easy to maintain.

- 2 units of STEINERT UNISORT P2800 R optical separator
- 1 unit of DOPPSTADT DF 307 ROTARO secondary shredder
- 1 unit of AVERMANN AVOS 1410 37/70 automatic baler press
- Conveyor belts, steel structures, control cabinets
The complete line has been designed and built by our company including the controlling system.
